One van, one groomer, zero stress.
Scruff to Fluff is run by Jess Nguyen, a certified groomer who spent six years in busy salons before deciding dogs deserve better than a day in a cage waiting their turn. So in 2021 she fitted out a van with a hydrobath, a grooming table and very good treats, and took the salon to the driveway instead.
Every appointment is one dog, start to finish. No kennels, no strange dogs barking two metres away, no hours of waiting. Nervous dogs, seniors and first-timers are a specialty, and we'll always go at your dog's pace rather than the clock's.

The house rules
Calm beats fast
If a dog needs a break, they get a break. A groom that takes ten minutes longer and ends with a wag is a better groom.
Honest coat talk
If the coat is too matted to save comfortably, we say so before we start, not after. Kindness first, always.
Your water, our everything
We just need a tap and a bit of kerb. Power, water heating, and every tool lives in the van.
